  • Usage counts: The number of monthly lookups you perform, used to enforce subscription usage limits. Your subscription billing date is accessed to determine when your monthly usage limit resets.

This data is stored in our WordPress database and is associated with your user account. It is used solely to operate the tools, enforce usage limits, and improve the Service. We do not sell or share your SEO Toolkit usage data with third parties, except as necessary to process your requests through third-party data providers.

SEO Toolkit cached results are automatically deleted after their expiration period (typically 24 hours). Lookup logs and usage history are retained for the duration of your active Subscription and may be retained for a reasonable period thereafter for analytical purposes.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
